The Hazardous Liquids Transloader primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently unload/load sand and hazardous liquids in/out of rail cars/trucks within the facility. Be sure that operators /truck personnel are following the proper guidelines when picking up at the facility.
Job Duties:
Safely transload various materials consisting of both hazardous and non-hazardous bulk liquids and dry bulk productsOperate a locomotive and perform rail switch operationsOperate trans-loading equipment including an air compressor, transfer pumps, portable conveyor system, portable trans-loader and hand toolsOperate mobile equipment including passenger vehicles, and light and heavy utility vehiclesEngage in professional interaction and collaboration with other Twin Eagle Team Members and customersParticipation in hazardous material handling and safety training programsAssist with general maintenance, clean-up, and any other duties as assignedAbility to troubleshoot and make repairs to various types of equipment (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, etc.)Strong mechanical skills are preferredMust be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervisionAbility to travel to other sites as neededKey Requirements:
Commitment to adapting to Twin Eagle’s safety cultureMust be able to work alone and unsupervised.Must be able to work in outdoor temperatures (hot and cold temperatures)You must be able to work weekends, and overtime work as neededBasic math and computer skills are essentialHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentValid Drivers licenseMust be physically able to do the following:
