Job Summary:
The Executive Secretary provides personal secretarial and administrative support, such as preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling, maintaining files and conducting special projects. Facilitates flow of information concerning department activities, and serves as a resource to internal and external staff. Performs office management functions, such as directing work of clerical staff, working with vendors, and purchasing supplies.
Specifications : One year of college/business school and training in secretarial procedures with three to four years working experience, preferably in a health care setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and secretarial skills.
