Uintah Basin Medical Center (UBMC)is hiring a full-time salaried Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating patients in outpatient and inpatient settings and skilled in treating various ages and diagnoses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform Occupational Therapy Assessments and implement an appropriate plan of careEmploy treatment interventions that are consistent with evidence-based practice guidelinesCoordinate treatment interventions with other therapeutic professionalsWork closely and develop a rapport with the UBH medical staffMaintain a high level of productivityDocument and bill according to recognized and accepted practice guidelines
Minimum RequirementsOccupational Therapy degree and state of Utah licensure.Current BCLS and CPR certifications.Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills required.In addition, the qualified candidate must be able to work well in a team environment.
