This is a Hybrid position based out of our Columbus, Ohio home office and has weekly in office expectations.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive level administrative support to the Chief Administrative/Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, proactive and have the ability to anticipate needs and thrive in a fast paced environment. Curiosity around learning new approaches to support shifting priorities in an agile way will be critical to success.

Your Impact
Calendar management including: proactively managing scheduling conflicts, anticipating critical meetings, and proactively blocks time for leader to prepare for meetingsActs as a point of contact between the CAO/CFO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and distribution of informationPlans and executes logistics for events in office and on locationSchedules domestic and international travel arrangements and reconciles expenses reportsPrepares meeting agendas, reports, and presentationsResponds to emails as appropriate and composes memos and correspondenceSupports initiatives and projects that require cross functional coordinationCompletes research and analysis as requested to use data driven insights for decision makingMaintains a high level of professionalism and confidentialityClick here for benefit details related to this position.
Your Experience
Minimum of 8 years providing administrative support to executive level leadersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proactively addresses any challenges and able to anticipate upcoming needsDemonstrates agility to support shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExercises independent judgment, resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skillsCurious to learn new technology, industry best practices and process improvement opportunitiesAbility to travel between NYC and Columbus for various meetings and events
