Your Role

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR initiatives and assisting with administration of policies and associate relations for one of the VS Asset Protection function.This position closely partners with Asset Protection and HR leadership in a fast-paced associate environment.

Your Impact

Leader Coaching and Associate Relations Navigation

Educates associates and leaders on company policies and procedures; Identifies and provides coaching, feedback, and strong partnership in resolution to leaders on associate relations issuesProvides guidance and direction to people leaders and associates to ensure a culture of effective positive associate relations and strong focus on our core valuesUtilizes the company's programs to help sustain and build upon a culture that fosters inclusion , open-door policy, high associate engagement, and talent development focusIn partnership with the AP team, continue to improve and evolve our HR programs, policies and procedures to support changing business needs & environment in LogisticsActs as point person on HR-related questions and concerns across multiple shift operations; assists associates with navigating the organization for information and guidanceTalent

Coaches leaders and associates to ensure optimal performanceTrains and guides operational leaders and key partners on the performance management process to ensure fairness, consistency and legal complianceSupports our non-exempt and exempt home office talent management life cycles, which includes leader onboarding and development activities, succession planning activities and retention initiativesCulture

Support initiatives that help to define, develop and sustain a culture that enables top talent to feel engaged, contribute, and do their best workSupport the annual Associate Opinion Survey and action planning processAssist with associate engagement/recognition projects and programs Support and help facilitate culture champions within assigned client groupSupports our AP core projects and initiatives such as our DEI programs, onboarding/assimilation of our non-exempt team and other projects as required to support the overall needs of the businessClick here for benefit details related to this position.

Your Experience

4 to 6 years HR experienceBachelor's degree in HR or related field/equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to utilize internal workforce record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizationFlexible and creative problem solverAcute sense of urgency and able to set and manage complex prioritiesCustomer service philosophyCreates credibility by consistently delivering on commitmentsReadily adapts and champion for changePersonal professionalism and sense of accountability
