DescriptionIdeal candidate will reside in the Pittsburgh, PA area & have healthcare HR Management experience. On-site on the east side of Pittsburgh. Local travel approx. 2 days a week. Some of the offices include Erie, Pittsburgh, Morgantown, and Johnstown. Supervise 4 direct reports.
As a
Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager/Director , you will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the region’s Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy. Additionally, the
Regional HR Manager/Director
is responsible for providing day-to-day support to front-line employees and managers at the local branch/offices assigned.

Duties Include:
As a
Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager/Director , you will be:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
•Recruits, interviews, hires, orients, and trains new staff in their region. •Oversees the daily workflow of the regional department. •Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. •Handles corrective action and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Regional Duties/Responsibilities:
•Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to the human resources function including, but not limited to, staff utilization, retention, compliance, development, data, and retention. Consults with and partners with business leaders and managers on challenges and blameless problem solving. •Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys tosupport the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Local Branch/Offices Duties/Responsibilities:
•Supports the local branch/offices assigned by understanding business priorities and objectives, supporting, and assisting with the execution or operationalization of initiatives within the assigned location(s); providing guidance to employees and leaders on HR issues; serving as a point of contact on day-to-day HR matters. •Monitors and ensures the location(s) compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred. •At least five years of human resource management experience required. •SHRM-SCP or SPHR highly preferred.
