The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Finance Lead and play a crucial role in crafting the financial strategy for our brand new AI products. Located in the heart of San Jose, CA, you'll be part of an ambitious team determined to drive financial excellence and innovation. This is an outstanding chance to lead the full P&L of our GenAI portfolio, from topline to margin, and successfully implement strategies that influence our market direction.
What you'll DoTake ownership of GenAI P&L, including modeling and analysis of COGS and GTM costs, ensuring flawless financial performance.Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, PMM, and product teams to develop new product strategies, crafting arguments for AI-first applications.Coordinate the complete reporting process for all ARR funnels and usage critical metrics, linking early indicators to performance measurements and identifying any gaps in reporting.Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging by working closely with BMS and GTM teams, ensuring world-class product positioning.Directly manage reporting and quarterly revenue forecasts, coordinating with B2B teams and serving as the point of contact for corporate and IR teams regarding GenAI data.What you need to succeed
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.8-10 years of direct experienceEstablished competence in financial modeling, margin analysis, and cost management in a technology or AI-focused industry.Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making processes and driving flawless execution.Strong background in developing reasons for new products and achieving successful implementation of financial strategies.Demonstrated expertise in connecting performance metrics to evaluate the success of launches, campaigns, and tests.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $224,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
