The OpportunityAdobe’s Digital Media (DMe) Finance org is seeking to hire a Strategic Finance Lead, Marketing Performance FP&A in support of Adobe Express, Adobe’s quick & easy app to create anything.

What You'll DoIn this role, the Finance Lead will partner with Express Product Marketing (PMM), Global Marketing, Marketing Finance and GTM teams to:

Partner with Senior Leadership:

Collaborate with senior leaders in Product and Marketing to support high-impact decisions, investment trade-offs, goal setting, and critical initiatives for Adobe Express.

Analyze Marketing Performance:

Drive insights by monitoring key performance signals, identifying trends, and analyzing financial metrics to optimize campaign development, funnel performance, and customer outcomes.

Influence Strategic Decisions:

Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders, accelerating decision-making that drives profitability, scale, and business growth.

Present Executive Narratives:

Draft and present performance trends, financial reports, and strategic recommendations to the executive team to guide critical business discussions.

Design Key Performance Metrics:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Finance, to develop and implement key business metrics into the decision-making process.

Run Category Marketing Performance Reviews:

Program and project manage marketing and business OKRs to ensure alignment with long-term objectives, delivering sustainable business success.

Enhance Budgeting & Program Evaluation Processes:

Identify areas to improve operations, increase value, and effectively manage budgets across global marketing channels.

Full-Funnel Media Planning:

Lead full-funnel media planning by providing financial insights, performance reports, and recommendations for effective budget allocation and audience segmentation.

What You Need to Succeed

Extensive experience (8+ years) in your ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, conquer roadblocks, prioritize, and implement.

Solid Presentation Skills. Skilled in engaging and captivating an audience. This includes stellar storytelling skills and advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to take complex ideas and concepts and showcase them in a way that is easy to understand and consume.

Impressive interpersonal capabilities, adept at facilitating constructive dialogue, persuading others, communicating thoughtfully, questioning prevailing norms, and promoting collaboration for transformative results.

Enthusiastic, with a positive and creative attitude who believes a solution exists for every problem.

Intellectual curiosity with a self-starter mentality. Fast learner and biased to action. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options, and delivers a result.

Can thrive in a flexible environment that evolves with the business and incorporates new technologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $224,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
