Human ResourcesSummary:The Global Retirement Benefits Manager will be responsible for the execution of the design, strategy & financial risk management of employee retirement programs worldwide and reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Benefits. This role ensures that the company’s retirement plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the overall benefits strategy. Develop and implement strategies to enhance retirement benefits, improve employee engagement, develop financial wellbeing initiatives, and support the company’s talent retention goals. This role will partner with in-country HR leadership, Legal, Treasury, Corporate Benefit Committee, Sr. Manager, Global Benefits and external vendors to ensure plans are operationally efficient and compliant while managing financial risk appropriately.This role will also manage vendor relationships, develop retirement plan design solutions in support of union negotiations and business transactions and support employee communications. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. There is potential for this role to be based in any of our US locations; (Libertyville, IL, Stuarts Draft, VA or Mt Juliet, TN).Responsibilities:Understanding or management of compliance, design, governance, and financial risk management of global defined benefit and defined contribution plansOversee periodic market data analysis and adjust design and strategy, accordingly, ensuring programs attract and retain key talent while supporting our business and managing risk appropriatelyDevelop recommendations, provide consultation, and support implementation of retirement design changes and financial risk management initiatives, balancing business needs, employee experience, attraction and retention, operational efficiency, and Finance, Legal, and Tax implicationsDevelop business cases to support plan design and vendor changes, partnering with Sr. Manager Global Benefits, the business and key stakeholders on retirement plan initiativesDevelop employee communications, provide support for retirement plan briefings to Leadership/Executive teams and Pension Committees/BoardsPartner with Procurement and Benefits Team to manage vendor relationships, conduct RFPs, support contracting process, manage costs, and approve/allocate vendor paymentsFinancial Oversight: Monitor and manage the financial performance of retirement plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingCollaborate with Benefits Team and/or HR to implement plan design and vendor changes, and to ensure a seamless employee experienceGuarantee adherence with laws and company policiesOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field OR equivalent experience
Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR) is preferred
8-12 years of experience in benefits management, with a focus on retirement plans: Defined Benefit Plans and Defined Contribution Plans
Experience in a global or multinational company is highly desirableCompensation experience is desirable
