Summary:
The Senior Specialist Communications is responsible for the coordination, execution, completion and leadership of specific tasks within the Global Corporate Communications organization. This individual will support a variety of areas including, but not limited to Strategic Internal Communications and Executive Communications.
The Senior Specialist Communications will contribute significantly to the day-to-day planning and execution of Global Corporate Communications activities and projects and deliver communications programming and content that drive employee engagement and performance for relevant internal teams and leaders. The successful candidate can expect to be challenged to develop and learn new skills, while at the same time leading specific projects, coordinating and advising internal clients, and supporting communications colleagues in the effective running of a Global Corporate Communications function.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Specialist, Global Corporate Communications will help facilitate the operations of the Global Corporate Communications team through a combination of technology and systems-based activity as well as project management and client advisement work. This is a highly visible role within the global Hollister Incorporated organization that requires frequent interaction with Associates across the globe and Executive Leadership. This role requires adaptability and flexibility to tackle a range of communication assignments with a sense of urgency.Develop, plan, write, edit and distribute content and storytelling to drive employee engagement through executive and enterprise communications.Develop and lead Business Unit/Functional Internal Communications Strategies, partnering with HR and internal clients on specific projects and offering continual high-level guidance to Business Unit/Functional leadership.Planning and execution of Global Quarterly Update Meetings.Proactively address meeting requirements, manage technology, scheduling of vendors and room preparation for the meetings. Assist with meeting summaries and global organization-wide distribution.Write, edit, review and drive the distribution of relevant internal communications materials, while working collaboratively with the Corporate Communications team and Senior Leadership on the timely delivery of materials and activities.Tracking and reporting of the effectiveness of internal communications channels and programs.Demonstrate an understanding of business awareness, what's going on across the organization, what is important, and how we can leverage internal tools to contribute to the overall goals of the organization.Coordinate Business Unit/Functional alignment across the enterprise communications plan.Maintain global distribution and contact lists for internal communication needs.Contribute to developing a global brand presence for the organization.Other duties as required or assigned.Requirements:
8+ years of Corporate Communications experienceBA degree Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work, be proactive, self-motivate and manage several projects simultaneously within required deadlinesStrong written and verbal communications skills; able to communicate with all levels of the organizationDetail-oriented, highly organized and used to meeting deadlines and closing feedback loopsMicrosoft Office experience mandatory, Advanced Power Point skills are highly desiredExperience working on PC preferredAbility to exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive informationExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to travel to US and international locations
