is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to define, implement, and maintain systems, documentation, standard operating procedures, and processes relevant for consistency and efficiency within Fogg Filler Company. This person will manage and migrate data from system to system ensuring consistency and will respond to and solve technical issues that arise within various systems.Are you passionate about this work?Define, implement, and maintain business solutions for data systems. Document processes necessary for consistency and accuracy of data.Define, implement, and maintain connections between departments for data systems. Document processes necessary for consistency and accuracy of data.Train users and provide ongoing support that will aid in the training and teaching of each department practices.Maintain consistent documentation, work instructions, and other technical documents relevant to systems, processes, and standards.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, software resellers, and other resources to solve technical problems and implement processes.Manage, administrate, and maintain SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and other engineering software.Timely response to technical issues and needs to ensure and minimize down time.Work independently on various tasks with minimal direct supervision.Supervise Systems Engineering team with tasks including payroll, performance management, delegating workload, training and developing the existing team.Perform other tasks as assigned.What’s in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
