As our Corporate HR Director, you'll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, adaptable workplace that responds to the evolving market. You’ll collaborate with HR and corporate leaders to align talent strategies with organizational needs, driving decision-making and strengthening HR practices across the company.In this role, you'll oversee the full employee life cycle, managing people initiatives that support both divisional and corporate goals. Your expertise will help enhance employee engagement and contribute to our overall success.Reporting to the VP of HR, this role offers the opportunity to influence people strategies and make a lasting impact on the organization.Are you passionate about this work?Employee Relations:
Advise employees, management, and field HR on policies and procedures, and provide guidance on resolving employee relations issues.Conduct investigations (e.g., misconduct, harassment) and recommend resolutions.Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement.Partner with Talent Acquisition and Development to implement programs for employee skill growth and career development.HR Compliance and Project Leadership:
Serve as a subject matter expert in areas like drug/background screening, E-Verify, and compliance programs.Stay current on HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends, sharing insights with HR teams and leadership.Design and deliver training on HR policies, risk, and compliance.Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements.Lead HR projects and initiatives that support global HR strategies and process improvements.Collaborate with HRIS and Talent Acquisition to track and analyze key HR metrics.HR Business Partner to Corporate Functions:
