We are looking for a

Senior Data Architect

with extensive experience in designing and optimizing data solutions across cloud platforms and modern database technologies. You will be responsible for leading the development of robust data architectures, driving data governance and security standards, and ensuring seamless data integration from diverse sources. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to guide teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver data solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Technical SkillsData Modeling: Expertise in creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Database Technologies: Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

Data Warehousing: Experience with designing and implementing data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).

ETL/ELT Tools: Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes and tools like Talend, Informatica, or Apache Nifi.

Cloud Platforms: Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their data storage and analytics services (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, GCP BigQuery).

Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

Data Governance: Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality standards, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Data Security: Knowledge of securing data at rest and in transit, encryption techniques, and security protocols.

Data Integration: Experience in integrating data from diverse sources such as APIs, flat files, third-party applications, and legacy systems.

BI Tools: Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.

Analytical and Design SkillsAnalytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data architectures.

Solution Design: Proficiency in designing end-to-end data solutions that meet organizational goals.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving data-related issues.

Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing database performance and managing data pipelines.

Leadership and Collaboration SkillsTeam Leadership: Experience in leading data engineering teams or cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and align on objectives.

Project Management: Skills in managing data projects, timelines, and deliverables, often using Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Mentoring and Training: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Soft SkillsCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and quickly adapt to new tools and approaches.
