We serve the Montana Attorney General providing vital Information Technology (IT) infrastructure which Montanans rely upon to support state and local law enforcement. We manage the IT systems, services, and interfaces to support approximately 900 DOJ employees, and over 3,000 Criminal Justice Information Network (CJIN) customers across the state working together to make a difference. position involve hardware and software installation, maintenance, and training on microcomputer workstations in local and wide area networks. The incumbent provides technical problem resolution on microcomputer workstations that include hardware, communications, or multi-product integration. This team supports end-user and data processing personnel and manages and provides trouble resolution for DOJ-wide area network users and authorized agents.
