position involve hardware and software installation, maintenance, and training on microcomputer workstations in local and wide area networks. The incumbent provides technical problem resolution on microcomputer workstations that include hardware, communications, or multi-product integration. This team supports end-user and data processing personnel and manages and provides trouble resolution for DOJ-wide area network users and authorized agents.
