The Business System Analyst II will serve as the primary systems manager for a designated set of platforms within our Digital Strategy division. This role involves conducting needs assessments and cost/benefit analyses to align technology with business strategies, while working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize business and end-user value.Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for new features, systems, and enhancementsCollaborate with vendors to ensure system solutions meet business requirementsInterface with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to identify business, financial, and operational requirementsPresent new systems/applications to Application and Architecture Review BoardLead design sessions and prototype new functionality to enhance business processesDevelop and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams and workflowsConduct systems analysis focusing on gap identificationOptimize systems and operational workflowsReview existing systems’ effectiveness and develop improvement strategiesEnsure proper support structure and documentation prior to production deploymentPerform troubleshooting and incident managementPresent changes to Change Control BoardLead system and unit testing effortsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems (or equivalent work experience)Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experienceStrong IT background with understanding of banking operations and processesExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesSuperior written and verbal communication skillsProven research capabilities for systems issues and productsAbility to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly languageStrong critical thinking and process engineering skillsExperience with workflow analysis and task prioritizationTrack record of working in collaborative, customer-centric environmentsKnowledge of corporate security policies and user access managementDepartment
