Job Description:
Project management experience for business processes within CMMS, CIS, Finance workflows used at utilities, that combines knowledge, abilities, and methodologies designed to efficiently and effectively execute projects. Requires project managers to review, analyze, and optimize every step of these defined processes to improve efficiencies and quality while simultaneously saving time and money and reducing waste.
Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and optimize business processes to improve efficiencies and quality.
Manage project planning, resource allocation, production methods, and customer delivery.
Identify potential risks and dependencies between applications, systems, and business processes.
Implement concepts and practices (COBIT and ITIL) including Change Management and Software/Systems Development Life Cycle.
Oversee installation and maintenance of hardware, software, applications, databases, and network components.
Understand water and wastewater business functions and operations.
Ability to:
Organize, perform, and coordinate technology tasks and projects.
Instruct groups or individuals on technology.
Deliver quality customer service to users.
Write technical and non-technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with IT staff and business users.
Learn new application software packages, operating systems, and IT processes and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Direct team activities or work as a team member.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour
