The Nerd must have strong field service background and customer service skills. Nerds must have solid technical skills, good communication skills and the desire to be a part of a growing and exciting team.Responsibilities
Onsite computer solutions for Windows-based PCs and Apple computersNetwork installation and maintenance (wired, wireless, LAN, WAN)Data recovery and loss preventionVirus protection and Spyware/Adware removalComputer security enhancementPC Hardware and software fault isolation and repairSystem repair and upgradesSoftware upgrade and installationExperience in working with non-technical customers and setting them at easeQualifications
2-5 years of experience with Windows-based PCs (Win7, Win8, Win10) and networkingStrong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and repair, both hardware and software/OSKnowledge of network troubleshooting, wiring, PC troubleshooting (ex.
