Homes for Good is looking for a Resident Services Manager to join our team!Homes for Good Housing Agency is the Public Housing Authority (PHA) for Lane County, Oregon. Our primary work is to help low-income community members with the logistics of affordable housing. At a higher level, we are neighbors united to get every Lane County resident who needs help into a home.Our programs provide housing and rental assistance to over 5,000 families in Lane County through voucher-based subsidies and Agency-owned public, multi-family and affordable housing communities.Reporting to the Supportive Housing Division Director, the Resident Services Manager provides leadership and supervision to the Resident Services & Family Self-Sufficiency teams. This key role is entrusted with maintaining excellence in operations and customer service within the Resident Services Department by developing, implementing and managing supportive programming within the Agency's housing portfolio and by supporting team members who work directly with the people we serve. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fostering productive working relationships with community partners, participating in strategic planning, and coaching & developing team members.EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES: Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:Experience: The successful candidate will likely have four years’ experience implementing programs providing and/or coordinating supportive services for residents and clients. At least two years of experience should indicate increasing responsibility in implementing and administering supportive service programs or projects to include case management, supervision and grant administration.Training: The successful candidate will likely have a four-year college or university degree with major course work in public administration, social work, psychology, social sciences or other related fields.LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE: This position will be required to frequently drive Agency vehicles. Possession of or ability to obtain an appropriate valid State of Oregon driver’s license and be insurable at standard rates.COMPENSATION: The pay range for this position is $76,960.00 - $103,123.40 per year with a generous benefits package which includes paid health, dental and vision insurance for you and your family after one month of employment, along with life insurance and a 12% contribution of your monthly salary into a retirement account after 6 months of employment.Homes for Good offers a family friendly environment with flexible scheduling options, generous paid time off (PTO) program starting at six weeks per year.HOW TO APPLY: Application may be obtained and submitted online via BAMBOO.
