at RYA.About Us:We are currently working primarily on high-end residential, design-intensive, ground-up projects in the tri-state area, including the East End of Long Island, Connecticut, Upstate New York, and lately other areas of the country. We also have projects in NYC and extensive experience with apartments, lofts, art galleries, retail, and commercial projects.At RYA, our approach is characterized by

Qualifications:Ideal candidates should have:8-10+ years of post-graduate professional experience , with recent involvement in small to medium-sized firms specializing in private residential projects.

Professional degree in Architecture

from a US-accredited school.

Licensure

in architecture is a plus or be on track for licensure.

Experience as a Project Manager / Project Architect , including managing relationships with design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Construction Administration Phase experience

Proficiency with

Revit & AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Google Workspace . Asana, Smartsheets and Monograph are a plus.

Direct experience managing staff production, including

managing staff time and expenses

to stay within budget while achieving project goals.

US work visa and fluent English .
