We are seeking a

Project Manager / Project Architect

with a passion for both interior design and architecture to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction. This in-person role at our Chelsea office requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep appreciation for design. If you have the drive to oversee complex projects while collaborating with diverse teams and clients, we’d love to have you join our dynamic environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Lead architectural design and project management: Drive the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.Collaborate on interiors: Work closely with our partner interior design studio Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts and ensure high-end interior detailing.Oversee project workflow: Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards.Coordinate with clients and consultants: Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Mentor and guide junior staff: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, contributing to their development and project success.Requirements:Passion for interior design and architecture: A strong appreciation for both is essential.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.Software skills:AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office: Must be proficient.Revit, Vectorworks and Enscape: Knowledge is a plus.High-end detailing: Strong knowledge of high-end interior detailing is required.Proven experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting, including conducting research and collaborating closely with designers.Project management: Experience in handling complex project schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.Licensure: Licensure preferred but not required. Willingness to pursue licensure is appreciated.
