If these are the things that matter to you then please read on, we look forward to hearing from you.Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Business Systems Analyst located in Columbus, Indiana.The Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for set-up, support and maintaining all processes for Line of Business applications. This position provides expert consultation, shares technical skills, and applies analytical thinking to perform job functions for Lines of Business and Team Members. This position will have an active role in projects affecting applications supported.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.)Collaborates on project work within and across Lines of Business and Team Members to achieve best practice per Centra policy. Ensures the applications are performing optimally and meeting the Lines of Business needs.Maintains working knowledge of applications supported to provide accurate technical and operational guidance to Team Members.Performs work in accordance with service level agreements assigned.Manages production schedules and responds to system issues within guidelines.Assists with planning for Centra programs such as Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.Supports Lines of Business and Team Members with testing and preparing for application updates.Completes technical documentation for internal processes.Provides after hours and weekend support for systems issues.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

– (Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.)Bachelor's Degree in Related FieldFive years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.Centra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Preferred Education
