Configuration Management Database Engineer
to join our team located in Carlsbad, NM.The successful candidate will have knowledge of configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery. Database management skills with proven results to engineer data applying industry-standard tools for engineering and operations processes. The candidate will need to transform existing designs to integrate solutions with legacy systems. This position requires interaction and coordination with various site organizations, e.g., Work Control, Operations, Maintenance, Regulatory Environmental Services, etc.Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience, orHigh School Diploma or Equivalency with eight (8) years of relevant experience is required.Must be at least 18 years of age; U.S. citizenship is required except in limited circumstances. See DOE Order 472.2 for additional information.Preferred Requirements:The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of database technologies, data warehousing, data wrangling and transformation; business intelligence, prescriptive and predictive modeling and analysis, SQL and VBA; and computer system skills.Previous WIPP experience is a plus.What we offer:Medical, dental and vision insurance:
