Responsible for development of responses for moderately complex proposals, questionnaires, and surveys through project management, research, data gathering, analysis, writing, and editing in accordance with brand standards, plain language, and internal RFP style guide standards. Coordinates with appropriate areas of the organization to collect responses for and manage completion of moderately complex proposal responses. Responds to moderately complex questionnaires or ad hoc proposal requests using the proposal database and established workflows/contacts to obtain responses or information not in the database. Gathers information from source systems including statistical facts and data, questionnaire responses, and sample materials to complete moderately complex proposal responses. Participates in proposal strategy call discussions, helps complete the proposal and strategy summary, and communicates the strategy to business partners. Maintains standard to moderately complex areas of content in the proposal database according to established processes/guidelines.Required Qualifications
2-3+ years proposal, sales support, or project management experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the healthcare industry.Experience working with provider discounts in a health care setting.Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $37.02. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
