The Distribution and Fulfillment Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for day to day support functions to continuous improvement initiatives across 3PL, & Distribution systems. This individual will be responsible for areas that focus on the Warehouse Management System that drives all user activities and hardware automation within Lululemon’s warehouses. The individual will be part of a team responsible for supporting the second largest labor force in the company! This position plays a key role in the stabilization of the warehouses with a strong focus and commitment to improve operational efficiency and eliminate defects.a day in the life

Extensive collaboration across multiple teams to drive rapid resolution of critical warehouse issues.Participates in daily standup meeting where team triages incidents based on ITIL best practices.Conduct impact analysis and assignment following our pre-defined major incident response protocols.Coordinate RCA efforts leveraging an agile, cross-functional swarm team approach with warehouse operations, other technology teams, and vendors.Performs iterative analysis to reproduce the bug, log it in Jira, and identify both a temporary workaround and more permanent bug fix following our defined SDLC processes.Collaborate through status calls, ensuring all stakeholders are updated per our communication plan.Drive consensus but also listen to feedback from peers to improve both the technical solution and our response processes.Take an agile approach to develop, test, and implement the solution iteratively in alignment with the dev teams and vendors.Participate in retrospective touching all groups involved, gathering lessons learned and improvement ideas.qualifications

3+ years experience implementing and supporting SaaS-based WMS solutions on cloud architecture (AWS, Azure etc.).Hands-on experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, HighJump, Oracle, SAP EWM.Strong technical knowledge of WMS functionality – receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping.Experience with integrations to material handling equipment (conveyors, sorters, pick-to-light, put-to-light, put walls, AR/RS etc.).Understanding of warehouse execution (WES) and warehouse control (WCS) system capabilities and integration points.Exposure to voice, vision or robotic technologies for warehouse automation.Knowledge of warehousing processes and best practices for optimization.Ability to create detailed requirements and functional specifications.Process mapping and gap analysis skills.Testing and validation expertise for deploying WMS enhancements and integrations.Ability to learn new systems quickly and problem solve issues.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.must haves

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200-$178,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
