Senior Cyber Security SpecialistCompany:
Triumph EnterprisesTriumph Enterprises is currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join a contract with a federal government client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. You will work closely with our IT and security teams to identify potential vulnerabilities, develop security protocols, and implement necessary measures to safeguard our systems and data. The ideal candidate has a strong background in information security, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to security threats.Responsibilities:Experience in DoD Risk Management Framework and Information Assurance (IA) security compliance policies, programs, processes, and metrics.Evaluate new network management technologies and make recommendations to project managers regarding integration into existing networks.Analyze Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) requirements for applicability to existing systems.Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate and mitigate breaches, and develop incident response protocols.Stay informed about the latest security trends and make recommendations for improvement.Conduct security awareness training programs for employees.Work with external vendors to ensure secure information exchange and adherence to security standards.Assist in the investigation and resolution of security-related incidents.Required Experience:9+ years of experience in DoD Risk Management Framework and IA security compliance policies.3+ years of experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirement Guides (SRGs).Familiarity with networked systems and maintaining network switches.Desired Elements:Experience with the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Maintenance and Engineering Division.PMP certification.Desired Education Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Desired Certification Requirements:CISSP.Certification in Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level Advanced.Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Certification.Linux + Certified with knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Redhat, and SQL.Clearance Requirements:US Citizenship is required with active Secret clearance.COVID Policy:
