General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Sr Assessment Data Analyst for a vital role in supporting an internet-based social media program. The role involves evaluating and executing assessment strategies, collecting metrics, managing data, and providing actionable insights in a highly collaborative, fast-paced work environment.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Provide assessment through quantitative and qualitative analysesEvaluate and execute assessment strategies requiring the collection of metrics related to both individual and team performance and program objectivesRestructure data from various sources and analyze the data to provide actionable insightsUse Intermediate Excel skills to extract data from CSV & other delimited text formats and update summary information for presentationsCollect and synthesize qualitative vignettes for data interpretationsEmploy superior written communication to create meaningful stories combining quantitative and qualitative dataWork with stakeholders to ensure assessment products have the appropriate focus and provide an accurate representation of the environmentThis role comes with the following benefits:

Familiarity with basic statistical methods (e.g., GLM)Intermediate data analysis skillsIntermediate Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsYou would benefit from having:
