Conductive Coatings Expertise:
Lead projects focused on conductive carbon coatings to enhance battery cell performance. Drive innovation in dry electrode technology and optimize manufacturing processes.Center of Excellence Operations:
Own responsibility for equipment and the production of foil-coated samples from our Center of Excellence in Madison Heights. Ensure smooth integration of conductive coatings into manufacturing lines.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, particularly those in the battery industry. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.Product Launch and Scale-Up:
Take newly developed conductive coating solutions through scale-up phases, ensuring successful implementation on production lines. Provide on-site support and troubleshooting as necessary.Materials Testing:
Conduct experiments and testing to validate coating performance. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure product reliability and meet performance standards.Technical Presentations:
Present technical findings and insights internally and externally, showcasing the benefits and applications of our conductive coatings to customers and stakeholders.Travel Requirements:
Traveling of up to 40-50% is required.
