Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer

to join our

Pershing Engineering Team.

This role is located in

Jersey City, NJ-Hybrid.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.

Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.

Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.

Knowledge of Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management, and Agile transformation.

Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.

Strong problem-solving skills required.

Passion for changing the status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.

Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.

Desire to create positive team experiences and a collaborative environment.

Expertise:

Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

Experience with agile management and delivery, including coordinating teams and leveraging agile tools.
