We are seeking a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Project Architect
to join our cultural and institutional studio to work on healthcare, education, and commercial projects. The selected candidate will work as a key part of the project team on the programming, planning, and design of ambulatory care spaces, commercial interiors, and schools in the New York area. We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor or Master of Architecture8-12 years of professional experience; minimum of 3 years of healthcare or education experience preferredOutstanding design, planning, and technical skillsExcellent analytical and technical skills, including a deep understanding of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing abilityAble to take a project from concept through Construction AdministrationTeam management experienceExperience with pediatrics, oncology, and cardiology projects a plusMotivated, articulate, and detail-orientedExperience with FGI / DOH or SCA / DOE guidelinesProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, and/or RhinoAuthorization to work in the USCompensation$80 - $115k commensurate with experienceApplication InstructionsPlease submit a cover letter, resume, and portfolio.
