Application DeveloperKAI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Application Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for executing the data management vision, strategy, plans, and processes to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and flow across various data stores. The Applications Developer oversees the development and integration of data systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between diverse systems for optimal business operations.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Develop and implement web and database solutions, strategies, and models to store and retrieve data effectively.Monitor and identify appropriate information flows, equipment, tools, and systems to achieve all project goals.Orchestrate seamless connectivity between diverse systems for efficient data flow and optimal business operations.Participate in large-scale development and migration projects, ensuring data integrity and system performance.Work closely with IT, marketing, product development, and other stakeholders to support overall data strategy and project objectives.Continuously optimize database performance, including indexing, query performance tuning, and storage management.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, processes, and models.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, ensuring their reliability and availability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in web and database development to ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.Performs other related duties, as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with SQL Server and .NET.Experience in large-scale development and migration projects and/or data architecture knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address system issues and inefficiencies.Work/Education Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (Mandatory)4+ years of experience in web and database development (Mandatory)Compensation Range:
$85,000 – $110,000The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range.
