Database DeveloperKAI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Database Developer. This role is responsible for designing and implementing effective database solutions and strategies to optimize data management and retrieval, overseeing connectivity between systems for data and business operations.Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Design and implement effective integration solutions, strategies, and models to interface data with high efficiency from various data stores and applications.Monitor and identify appropriate information flows, tools, and systems to achieve all project goals, ensuring smooth data exchange and integration.Orchestrate seamless connectivity between diverse systems for efficient data flow and optimal business operations, ensuring data integrity and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and integrate systems effectively to meet business needs.Develop and execute testing plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.Document integration solutions, processes, and outcomes, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.Perform other related duties, as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in large-scale development and integration projects, with a strong understanding of data integration principles and technologies.Extremely organized and detail-oriented.Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Work/Education Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (Mandatory)4+ years of experience in Database development and analytics (Mandatory)Compensation Range:
$80,000 – $115,000The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range.
