Senior Data Analyst

Position Summary:
The Sr Data Analyst will work under the direction of the Director of Finance. This role will be responsible for KPI development and data strategy for Gray Line Tennessee. This role will create, implement, and maintain systems of reporting that support Gray Line Tennessee’s strategic business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of measurement strategies and KPI reporting, providing expertise and direction for the data analytics program
Act as a liaison between finance, maintenance, and operations to develop cross-functional processes and build collaborative partnerships
Manage a suite of reporting systems to ensure continual access to accurate data
Perform a broad spectrum of tasks relating to data implementation including database management, ETL pipelines, data validation, dashboard development, and model building
Leverage data to find business opportunities for scaling or streamlining in respect to fleet operations and workforce management
Synthesize and translate complex findings into relevant and actionable insights
Spearhead the development and execution of data strategy to drive Gray Line’s business goals forward
This role follows a hybrid work schedule that allows for weekly remote work as directed by manager
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an analytics role (or equivalent experience) that requires supporting stakeholders with data
Experience building visualizations and dashboards (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Adept with SQL
Proficient with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PowerBI
Experience with Python for data manipulation
Experience with managing database on-premises
