Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Salesforce Developer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead development activities across multiple Salesforce platforms and drive innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and demonstrate proficiency in Core Salesforce capabilities such as Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates, and code reviews.Participate in enhancements to DevOps processes including pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.Conduct product/solution evaluations and create prototypes/Proof of concepts for domain business goals.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications including Salesforce.com full-stack development experience.Minimum 2-3 years in a scrum team environment.Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).SFDC Data Model knowledge across various cloud/products and strong data modeling experience.Subject matter expertise in branching/code merging practices in GIT (or equivalent) repository.Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred.Experience with Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade highly preferred.Experience with Salesforce CI/CD (Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.).Experience with other Salesforce products like MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.Bachelors Degree required
