As an IT System Administrator at AccumTech, you will work as part of a small team responsible for managing and maintaining end-user computing across the organization as well as supporting our physical/virtual/cloud infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient computing environment for our employees and software as a service applications.ResponsibilitiesManage Active Directory, O365 user accounts, permissions, licenses, email, anti-spam, and anti-virus applicationsDeploy, manage, and maintain end-user devicesInstall, configure, and provide technical support of end user PCs, peripherals, network connectivity, and Office 365 applicationsInstall, configure, and manage network equipment such as firewalls, routers, switches, and printersInstall, configure, and manage physical and virtual server hardware and network environmentsAssist in the management of Azure cloud infrastructureCollaborate with the IT team to improve end-user computing strategies and initiativesCreate system guidelines and manuals for the organizationStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practicesRequirementsProven experience as a System Administrator, Desktop Engineer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft server environments and domain management
Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/EntraID, Office 365, Exchange, Sharepoint, Powershell, and Windows 10/11
