Title: Systems Administrator - IT Infrastructure and Client Support

Role Overview:

As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our internal systems and virtual servers, ensuring the security and integrity of client data. You will also provide support for a range of access control and security camera products, as well as voice and phone systems. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain internal systems and virtual servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Provide technical support for access control and security camera products, including troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.Support clients with IT-related queries, including assistance with access control systems, security cameras, and voice solutions.Collaborate with vendors such as Salto, Panasonic/iPro, Rhombus, Axis, Video Insight, Milestone, and Ecobee to resolve issues and optimize system performance.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of voice and phone systems, including Allworx and VoIP services.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certified with at least CompTIA A+, Network+ or other equivalent technology certificationsProven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and client support.Proficiency in managing virtual servers, access control systems, security cameras, and voice solutions.Experience working with vendors such as Salto, Panasonic/iPro, Rhombus, Axis, Video Insight, Milestone, and ecobee is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Windows ServerActive Directory infrastructure (deployment/upgrades)Group Policy administration/Windows securityPatch management tools (WSUS, SCCM, etc.)VMWare Server VirtualizationWhy Join Us:
