The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Native DevOps SRE and various DevOps concepts. This role requires a deep understanding of security practices particularly in DevSecOps and proficiency in Azure and AWS DevOps. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is during the day.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of security measures across various DevOps environments to ensure robust protection.Oversee the integration of Google Native DevOps and SRE practices to enhance system reliability and performance.Provide expertise in DevOps concepts to streamline development and operational processes.Implement and manage Google DevOps solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency.Utilize Azure Automation to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.Apply security practices in DevSecOps to safeguard applications and data from potential threats.Manage Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.Implement AWS DevOps practices to enhance cloud infrastructure and application performance.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all stages of the development lifecycle.Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and best practices.Provide training and guidance to team members on security practices and DevOps methodologies.Monitor and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of risks.QualificationsPossess a deep understanding of Google Native DevOps and SRE practices.Demonstrate expertise in DevOps concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.Have hands-on experience with Google DevOps tools and methodologies.Show proficiency in Azure Automation and its application in streamlining operations.Exhibit strong knowledge of security practices particularly in DevSecOps.Have experience managing Azure DevOps pipelines and processes.Demonstrate proficiency in AWS DevOps practices and tools.Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to security incidents effectively.Have strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation.Provide training and mentorship to team members on security and DevOps best practices.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.Certifications RequiredThe annual salary for this position is between $[90,000 – 109,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
