Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee complex infrastructure projects ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver value to our clients. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.Oversee project scope management to ensure all aspects of the project are clearly defined and adhered to.Provide expertise in project stakeholder management to maintain strong relationships with all project participants.Ensure infrastructure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans schedules and status reports.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure design and implementation.Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.QualificationsWork closely with Business, IT Portfolio, Service Owners, HR and facility managers to create Digital workplace strategy for different Persona’s & Geo’s.Creating future state service architecture for enabling work from home based on modern Virtual Workplace solutions - VDI (Citrix & Microsoft AVD) & Other digital workplace solutions.Validating on the readiness of the device migration from all aspects – user readiness, device readiness, deployment tool, application readiness, etc.Handle Window 10/Windows 11 Operating system device migration on simple ( 3000 user).Ability to guide the team and handle post migration support issues efficiently providing smooth device migration experience.The annual salary for this position is between $[139,500 – 145,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits : Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:
