Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with financial goalsManage the invoicing process and ensure accurate and timely billingLead and mentor junior accounting staffHandle month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and reportingIdentify areas for improvement in accounting systems and processes
Qualifications:Degree in Accounting or equivalent experienceAt least 7 years of accounting experience, with 5 years in project accountingPrevious supervisory experience is a plusStrong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Deltek)
