Job Summary

The Operations Support role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service to financial advisors and branch employees within Retirement Services.

This role involves handling incoming calls, providing information, resolving issues, and following procedures to direct requests to appropriate teams.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain positive client relationships while meeting service goals set by management.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain effective client relationships to deliver world-class service.Handle incoming phone inquiries from financial advisors and branch employees related to Retirement Services.Utilize internal and external tools to provide accurate information and resolve client issues.Follow established procedures for routing processing requests and escalating inquiries as necessary.Meet or exceed team and department service goals as set by MSSN management.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to issue resolution.Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge across different situations.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with retirement products preferred.Series 7 certification (current or past) preferred, but not required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
