We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance who is responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), general accounting and providing cross-functional business partner support to commercial, operational, and manufacturing management and key team members. You will manage a Manager, Finance and have overall responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, continuous improvement projects, financial modeling, etc.

As the Senior Manager, Finance, you will possess a teamwork skill set and ability to build impactful working relationships with both internal and external customers and business partners. You will report directly to the Finance Director.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Support commercial and operational customers and manufacturing business partners strategically with quality data and analytics and continuous improvement mindset to influence effective decision making and achieving business top-line and profit growth plan.Build impactful working relationships, collaborate, and conduct routine meeting and communication with sales, parts distribution, engineering, field service, manufacturing, and supply chain business partners to stay abreast of departmental goals and strategies, budgets, project plans, on-going issues and understanding operational key cost drivers.Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to provide program budgets, reporting of program expenses (multi-year), and tracking of hours timelyPrepare timely and accurate periodic financial reporting, metrics and analysis of volume, margin, labor costs and operating expenses for managementManage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis including preparation of the financial statement, cause of change, management presentations, goal deployment, financial metric and KPI reporting, sales analysis, ad-hoc financial modeling and sensitivity analysis, labor analysis, etc.Support Finance Director with monthly forecasting of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements, and actively leading the Annual Operating Plan processAssist Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer with the preparation of quarterly Management and Board reportingAssist Sales Directors & Vice President with the analysis of customer profitability, helping create and maintain an improved sales pricing model, pricing guardrails, and competitor tracking analysisProvide training on finance concepts to department heads as necessaryHave a strong desire to drive issues to root cause, such as in the explanation of key variances between actuals and plans / forecastsHandle projects with multiple work streams, coordinate internal/external resources, and ensure completion of projects are on-time, within scope, and within budgetBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA a plusMinimum of 7 years of finance and/or accounting experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience managing othersSix Sigma Lean / continuous improvement experience a plusHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience in a financial module of an ERP such as Infor Syteline, SAP, Oracle, or similarExperience in a Planning/Analytics financial module such as Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, Essbase, or similarStrong analytical and technical skills - must be able to model business requirements and prepare "what-if" analyses. Good understanding of business process and analysis toolsAbility to continuously improve processes, reporting and visual management to allow management to make effective decisionsStrong verbal, presentation and written communication skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to lift 25 lbs.Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally kneel or squatLimited travel may be requiredStart time 6:30 AM (negotiable)

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

$75,000 - $275,000 / annual salary + bonus + premium benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
