ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform Project Accountant duties on Large/Complex Engagements as assigned by he Project SupervisorManage bond list and quarterly review with Project SupervisorAssist with ROCIP program reporting on applicable jobsPrepare sales tax reconciliationsReview sales tax reconciliations performed by Project Accounting team membersResearch on sales tax rates or changes and review with Project Accounting SupervisorReview Accounting Manual and oversee assignment of updates to Project Accounting teamResolve questions on Certificates of Insurance with Project Accountants, Project Coordinators and Insurance teamsQuality Control on invoice entry by Accounting AdministratorAssist Project Accountants with questions on job billings for new large jobsAssist Project Supervisor on questions regarding supplier or customer activitiesAssist Project Supervisor in allocation of jobs among the Project Accounting groupAssist Project Supervisor in questions regarding Certified PayrollAssist Project Supervisor with overseeing month end timelines and deadlinesAssist Accounting Supervisor with overseeing month end timelines and deadlinesAssist Accounting Administrator with questions on new business partner set up, business partner maintenance and business partner statements or activitiesAssist Project Supervisor with the review of open Textura draws and working with Project Accounting and Project Management team to get costs inAssist Project Supervisor with oversight of monthly billings to be performedProvide high level of customer service and positive collaborationProblem solve issues and provide solutions to Project AccountingAssist in configurations and testing of ERP implementationAs a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by companyIn-person, predictable attendance at assigned location

SKILLS

Effectively multi-task and consistently meet deadlinesSolid computer skills; proficient using the following software: Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, Word, Textura, CMiCHigh level of professionalism and positivityStrong organizational and customer serviceCommunication skills including listening, verbal and written communication

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent experience, additional accounting classes or degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

One to Three years business accounting experience preferred

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Verifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skillsSuccessful completion of post-offer background & drug screens

The salary range for this position is

$

68,000 - 78,000

annually

and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
