Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen team members to ensure adherence to portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, and department policies while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of stations, walk-ins, and freezersMaintain and operate kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are in full working order and food is prepared, stored, and labeled according to health and safety regulationsMonitor and manage food cost within established parameters, overseeing proper breakdown, rotation, and storage of food to maintain freshness and qualityPrepare food to specifications, utilizing kitchen equipment effectively, and perform opening, closing, and side work duties as per guidelinesAttend kitchen meetings and training sessions, and rotate to other areas as needed while reporting punctually to scheduled eventsQualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a line
