Responsibilities
Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performanceEnsure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standardsMaintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessaryEnforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepanciesResolve any guest or team member issues that ariseQualifications
Experience working in a food service requiredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentAt least 18 years or olderPrevious experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker preferredPrevious supervisory experience preferredAbility to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each eventNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionallyShift Details
