As a key leader in New Product Development (NPD) at Solo Stove, the

Senior Program Manager

will oversee the entire lifecycle of New Product Introduction programs. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of new global consumer product initiatives from concept through commercialization and launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining Solo Stove's commitment to quality, innovation, and consumer satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional teams both internal and external, oversee program schedules and resources, and provide the leadership necessary to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Core Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional NPD programs from concept through launch, including commercialization activities, with a focus on on-time, on-profitability, and on-quality delivery.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product initiatives.Drive decision-making processes by presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Actively monitor program health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination.Work hands-on with technical and commercial teams to ensure program details are executed effectively and within timelines.Provide leadership daily, clearly communicating plans, schedules, costs, and risks to both working teams and senior management.Oversee and enforce the implementation and improvement of new product development and engineering processes/methods.Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, etc.) and between China and U.S. teams.Balance resources and ensure quality across multiple global projects concurrently.Support senior management's goals and direction while onboarding and training new team members.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Preferrable with a strong blend of commercial and technical skills and experiences.5+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale programs within high-volume consumer product industry.Proven track record of successfully launching physical products from concept to market.Experienced with DTC and retail market dynamics, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, fast-paced projects.Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, manufacturing and commercialization processes, particularly in high-volume product environments.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.Familiarity with high volume manufacturing principles and global supply chain management.Travel Requirements

International and domestic travel required up to 10%.Requires a flexible work schedule with the ability to participate in evening conference calls.What We Offer You:
