Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a dynamic and growing company seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
3-7 years of experience
Must have public accounting experience; real estate or property management is nice to have.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
