ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE- $15/Hr
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Job description
This is a front desk position that is the first friendly face our customers see. This person will assist with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: inventory tracking, decreasing aged inventory, processing warranties, running reports, answering calls, scheduling services, as well as other administrative or sales duties. We are looking for candidates that have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, like to learn new things, and are self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Generate reports to assess current inventoryAssisting customersAnswering phones and relaying messages accordinglyCoordinating and communicating with staff in regards to cycle counts (inventory)Taking steps to decrease aging inventoryContacting vendors to arrange for returns/creditsKeep up to date spreadsheets on progress/statusCommunicate/coordinate with other departments as needed.Look for and implement ways to do everyday tasksCommunicate any needs or issues to ManagementSkills
Previous front desk or retail experience is considered a plus.Previous experience with processing warranties/RTVs/etc will be considered a plus.Self motivated and goal orientedGood computer skills (MS Office) Knowledge of google systems will be considered a plusProficiency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered a plus.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationReliable and dependentComfortable conversing via phone with a friendly disposition.
