Job Summary
The Manager, Paid Media will audit and track campaign performance, identify opportunities and trends, and unlock marketing ROI across the entire marketing funnel. The successful candidate will collaborate across our marketing organization to translate complex metrics into actionable insights, guiding campaign optimizations and growth strategies. This work will entail analysis of all marketing channels including paid search, display, email, and partnership marketing.
Essential FunctionsAnalyze and action paid media lead generation and conversion data.Report on channel performance including SEM, SEO, email, display, paid media, and prospecting campaigns.Responsible for communicating regular performance metrics and campaign findings and analyzing performance, insights, and optimizations.Partner closely with the media agency to optimize the performance and delivery of campaigns and discover new audiences.Execute research projects on target markets, including geographic and demographic strategies.Synthesize data into actionable recommendations, particularly within our paid media vertical.Manage paid media to achieve digital marketing KPIs within budget across social media, search, display, and other channels.Work with our digital media agency to ensure efficient and effective execution of business objectives.Action continuous improvement within our SEM campaigns in coordination with digital media agencies.Utilize data-driven insights to advise on creative brief development in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Director for internal and external teams to optimize digital marketing collateral.Update/maintain the Project Plan for relevant marketing initiatives and deadlines.Partner with Digital Marketing and Digital Product teams on website optimization efforts such as landing page tests.Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, and other data resources to deepen insights in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.Conduct consistent competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.Originate new ideas for executing online and other marketing programs to help drive sales and engagement.Work closely with internal departments to ensure the RCYC brand is communicated correctly and consistently in all digital marketing channels.Respond to ad hoc requests from the sales & marketing team, as well as the executive leadership team and/or other partners as required.Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in digital marketing & paid media with preferably five or more years in hospitality/travel and leisure3+ years of experience in a performance or growth marketing role. You have created landing pages, SEO optimizations, social media, and display campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages for optimal conversion and engagementDeep Understanding of Marketing AnalyticsDetail and deadline-orientedSelf-starter, able to function with little supervision, high-energySkilled in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsFamiliarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly Salesforce Data Cloud, a plusGoogle Ads Certification a plusExperience with Marketing Mix Modeling techniques a plusFunctional knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is desiredTableau Experience highly desiredExperience in Adobe Analytics a plus
