Supervise the Assistant Director of Admissions and ensure comprehensive file management for all admissions and dischargesFacilitate the admissions process for all Life's WORC OPWDD programs in a timely mannerLead the agency's Admissions and Discharge Meetings, incorporating all department administrators in key programmatic decisions that pertain to admissions and dischargesSchedule and participate in all internal placement review meetings, screenings, etc.Coordinate new development activities as assignedParticipate in New Development planning meetingsCoordinate family pre-admission meetings (i.e. guest speakers, presentation materials, etc.) for all new developments, including periodic development updatesParticipate in all required OPWDD referral/development meetingsCreate essential data systems and recording tools needed to ensure efficiency of the departmentRecord all demographic information in MediskedDistribute all pertinent admissions data identifying all Key Performance Indicators, including monthly Vacancy Report, Loss Revenue Report, acceptance rate, etc. to the Chief Officer of Residential and Clinical Operations and Vice President of Admissions and Therapeutic Services monthlyEnsure distribution and collection of all Admissions documents (i.e. consents, DDP2s, LOCs, NODs, etc.)Submit required documentation to OPWDD monthlyProvide outreach and coordination with OPWDD, families, and the community (i.e. attend resource fairs, transition fairs, present informational sessions, etc.) for Life's WORC to enhance referrals and provide educational information to the communityAssume the role of OPWDD liaison, maintaining consistent contact and collaborative effortsMaintain ongoing contact and communication with all school-based transition support liaisons
