Seeking Human Resources Professionals/Managers for manufacturing companies in Central Pennsylvania.

All plants are within 30 minutes of Harrisburg, PA.

Essential Job Functions for the Managers:

--Lead the HR function for plants (One plant-600 employees, One site-150 employees, One site-125 employees); a few people in HR

--Main duty in this environment is to keep the plant staffed with hourly and professional talent

--Provide excellent Employee Relations to workforce and leadership team

--Work with leaders at all levels to increase employee productivity, safety, quality, delivery and employee morale

--Develop HR policies and procedures as needed ( 2 of these plants are part of bigger company

--Ensure plant is in compliance with all Federal and State labor, employment, W&H laws and regulations

--Put in place all needed training, processes, programs to increase employee retention and engagement

--Team would administer employee benefits. One plant--Need to negotiate all employee benefits with brokers

--Track all plant HR metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership team

--Assist with all Safety/OSHA compliance and administer Worker's Comp

Education and Experience Desired:

--All plants want someone with a 4-year Degree--preferably in HR or Business

--Desire is to have individuals with at least 2 years of Management experience and 3-4 years of Generalist experience

--Prefer someone with PHR/SPHR or other equivalent HR certifications

--Person must be very detail oriented and proactive--this is not an office job.

--Want someone who isn't afraid to get on the shop floor and talk with employees and supervisors/managers

Manager jobs pay 80-95k for plants with employees in the 100's and 115-120k for plant with 600 employees

HR Generalist Positions ( Currently have about 7 openings throughout Harrisburg, Carlisle, Lancaster, York, areas)

Key Duties of the HR Generalists:

--Maintain HRIS systems for companies

--Heavy recruitment

--Onboarding new employees

--Performance Management coordination

--Attendance tracking

--Some Payroll and Benefits Admin

--Some Delivery of Training

Desired Experience and Education:

--Prefer at least a 2-year degree--4-year degree preferred

--2-4 years of Generalist experience

--Jobs pay from $60k-80k depending on plant/location/experience
