LHH is partnering with a nonprofit client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an HR Generalist position! In this pivotal role, youll drive HR initiatives, support our employees, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Support employee relations and performance management.

Assist in training and development initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

What You Bring:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP (preferred).
